Children 4-9 years: Take 1 softgel once per day. Take with food.
Adolescents 9-13 years: Take 1 softgel 1-2 times per day. Take with food.
Adolescents 14-18 years: Take 1 softgel 1-2 times per day. Take with food.
Adults: Take 1 softgel 3 times per day. Take with food.
