Pre-Workout is designed to provide energy, focus, power, endurance, and more. It is an all-in-one handy and delicious product. Perform at max efficiency in the gym, or during any other form of exercise.
Pre-workout supplements are specially formulated products which have been specifically designed to help you to perform more efficiently in the gym, or during any other form of exercise. They are enriched with stimulants, amino acids, herbal ingredients, creatine, and other potent and powerful substances that have been designed to help provide physical, and mental, energy. Generally pre-workout supplements work especially well when you are physically tired, or when you can’t quite seem to get your head right mentally, and so you may lack motivation. They provide a temporary, yet potent, burst of energy that will help provide you with one of the most productive workouts you could ever wish for.
Health Canada Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 Scoop(s) 1 time(s) per day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Store in a cool, dry place.
Use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks, or for use beyond 6 weeks if you suffer from a cardiovascular disease.
Citrulline Malate
This non-essential amino acid is also very important because it helps to improve your tolerance to strenuous exercise, allowing you to perform longer, and to exert more effort before you begin to tire and fatigue. The benefits in this instance are pretty self explanatory.
Beta-alanine
Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid that can be synthesized in small doses in the human body, plus it is commonly found in many meat and seafood sources. Beta alanine is so useful in C-PRE because it helps to increase natural concentrations of a buffering agent known as carnosine, which keeps fatigue at bay. Beta-alanine enhances anaerobic endurance in the muscles, it can boost muscle mass, it boosts stamina, and it helps prevent lactic acid build ups.
Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine monohydrate is another naturally occurring compound that the human body produces in small amounts. Creatine helps to increase ATP concentrations in the body, which is then used to fuel the muscles before you train. When the ATP is absorbed by the cells in the muscles, they have more energy and so they can work harder for longer, which in turn means your training sessions are a great deal more productive.

Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking lithium, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), if you have a renal or kidney disorder, if you are following a low protein diet, if you are taking medication for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners, or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness or if you suffer from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure or other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. May result in weight gain. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea). May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Caution: Not intended for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have health conditions. Store in a cool dry place away from children. Do not use if seal is broken.

First and foremost, perhaps the most productive benefit associated with Pre-Workout, is the fact that it provides you with so much physical energy. Pre-Workout is enriched with stimulants, including caffeine, which provide temporary increases in energy levels that make you feel more awake and more alert than ever. What’s more, it also contains amino acids and creatine, which also helps to fuel your body to get it through the workout you’re performing. The creatine for example, results in an increased production rate of ATP, which the cells in the muscles use as their primary source of energy. The more ATP the cells can absorb, the more productive the muscles become.
Physical energy is not the only benefit provided by Pre-Workout, as it also provides you with a great deal of mental energy as well, as it helps you to focus and concentrate. Caffeine in particular, has been found to have a positive effect on the brain, helping to improve the rates in which you focus. This in turn helps you to increase your motivational levels, plus it proves useful in establishing a more productive mind-muscle connection during your workouts as well.
Nitric oxide is a compound your body naturally produces to relax blood vessels and improve blood flow.
A few small studies suggest that supplementing with compounds like L-Citrulline can boost oxygen and nutrient transport to your muscles, potentially enhancing athletic performance.
As we exercise and lift weights our muscles become weaker as we work through our energy supplies. This can be problematic as if you are weaker than you should be, you may struggle to break through plateaus and to life heavier weights than you may be accustomed to. Pre-Workout however, is specially formulated to provide increased levels of explosive power and strength, meaning you can handle heavier weights and increased workloads. It achieves this in a number of different ways, though again, one of the main reasons is down to the increased rates of ATP. If the muscle cells have more energy, the muscles can work harder, and if they can work harder, they can generate more power and help keep fatigue at bay.
